It’s election season right across Europe and this has big implications for energy policy. We still need to get market design reform and the Net-Zero Industry Act (NZIA) over the line – and that won’t happen until a new Government sits in Madrid. With challenges in the industry growing, we urgently need policies that strengthen the business case for wind and simplify the big three hurdles: 1) Auction design 2) Permitting and 3) Money!
